power , strength , skills , speed......it's not even close.

Hatton is faster than Cotto. Cotto is stronger than Hatton, he rather work on the inside than clinch.

Only guys who were able to muscle Cotto back inside were SSM and Marg. Only guys who did it to Hatton were Collazo and Mr boat buyer. Both are strong at close quarters, but overall I'd say Cotto is the stronger man. He's bigger and built thicker. And his punches move his opponents more than Hatton's do.

From watching Hatton against Collazo and Mayweather, I could tell you he has heart. Even when he was out of it, he still gave every ounce of himself to continue against Floyd. Cotto on the other hand, could stand and wasn't shaky on his legs and took a knee. Nothing against Cotto but that is what I can give you

Cottos legs were gone in the 8 rounds, he was bleeding, swallowing blood, he was getting hi virtually with everything Margarito had for the las 3 rounds, and you say he didnt gave his all.
