Yea exactly, those are the opinions of the writers. There's no "official" requisite of being a "P4P" ranked fighter. A lot of it is based on popularity and recent fights that particular fighter may have won, which could constitute for some type of requisite, but in the end it's still very opinionated.
Many other fighters & writers alike also believe the P4P ranking system isn't the most credible source. Like for instance, many people think it's crazy not to have Wlad Klitschko on the P4P list being he's the most dominant Heavyweight in the division and is the recognized champ (regardless if the division is ****). But being he's not a very exciting fighter, he's not on the "P4P" list, but in the end is that a fair call or is it just what it is, a popularity contest?
