I agree, i do think floyd ducked some guys, but imo he is the best fighter of the generation....say if pac beats him....hes out of his prime proves nothing imo....marquez has been screwed by the system to many times imo, and its sad because he is a great fighter.

sorry to ruin the parade but hands down he's accomplished more than cotto.. even is you dislike mayweather its hard to dispute that..

he has 6 belts in 5 weight classes and accomplished that in a 9 year period while remaining undefeated.. a natural 135/140 pounder beating guys way bigger than him.. beating manfredy, chavez, gatti, oscar, hatton, corrales, hernandez, castillo, ect
not to bash cotto, but if you want to get on opponent selction, half of his opponents are mayweather left overs.. corley, sosa, judah, etc..

honestly cotto-may never happened because the money wasn't right yet.. i think may was waiting on cotto to become a megastar which i thought would of happened if he would of beat margarito..

cotto never openly called out mayweather so you really cant say he called him out and may refused to fight him.. im sure arum said he would offer a contract to floyd or something but you really cant take arum's word.. just like they say may's camp offered to fight cotto and 140 but cotto was a little too green at the time..
