cotto doesn't have half the speed that pacquiao has, he's only powerful, nothing else. Pacquiao decked jmm four times yes that's a fact but did he hurt him? No he kd'd him with speed, something miguel is not known for. Cotto beats marquez but cotto does not put the pressure on like a juan diaz and he does not have pacman like speed. Power, yes i give him that.
