  • Never seen Valero against somebody with a clear height advantage
I'd go with Prescott just because of his size, and on how little I've seen of Valero.

That's a fair size advantage though.

To be fair, I was not impressed with Prescott against Toledo, Amir Khan should never have lost to him, never minds bum-****d in 54 seconds of mayhem. He pulls back in a straight line, with his hands nowhere after every single combination he throws-and is really wild. He is however a huge man at that weight and can crack.

That said, I must be the only guy on here who hasn't seen Valero fight, just some youtube action.

I think Prescott will make Valero look like the bum that he is. Even though I practically loathe the guy otherwise for KO'ing Khan, I still appreciate the fact that he can **** and box. Valero, on the other hand, disappointed me majorly after all the hype I heard about him on here - I watched a few fights of his (both recent and old), and I found myself laughing...

For real. I was fuckin chuckling ****less at this mullet-haired prick swinging his arms about wildly, leaving himself wide open, and hoping for something to land. Sure, Prescott kinda telegraphs his haymakers as well, but at least he keeps his earmuffs up and actually looks like a boxer out there. There's just something far more likeable about him than that tattooed Venezuelan who hasn't fought anyone with a pulse.

So I don't see him going too far with Prescott. As soon as a bomb comes his way, Valero gets KO'ed in 5. And then I'll really be laughing - mainly because that could mean my long-awaited dream match of Katsidis-Prescott.
Katsidis' chin ain't too solid. Wouldn't be too good of a fight IMO.

You're right, it's not. And he gets tagged way too much for my liking. But he tries to cover up as best as he can, so I can't constantly rag on him for it.

I think it'd be a good fight if they let their hands go - something which neither seemed to do in their last fight (although if the Kats who fought Earl showed up, it'd definitely be a fuckin fight!)

Valero needs to get polished off first, though.

Real Brits don't even like Khan, and besides, I think Prescott's last fight proved that it wasn't because of Khan being some freakishly strong lightweight which is why Khan got shattered, but because Khan SUCKS and his chin sucks even worse.

Just curious why you want to see Valero knockout Antillon again, instead of facing someone like Prescott. Both KO artist. Prescott might be bigger, but Valero is p4p the hardest puncher in boxing.
