I agree. I think Valero is overrated. I saw him fight and I wasn't impressed at all. He constantly loads up on that left hand and looks only for the knockout. He uses very little skill in setting it up. That is exactly what Manny Pacquaio and Vic Darchinyan used to do but now they box a little more and try to set things up.

I think Valero will get his first lost if he fights Prescott.

This is a good fight for both Valero and Presscott. Both are fringe top 10contenders at lightweight and have a bit more to prove, and a lot more room to grow in their game and their popularity. The victor will definitely have some legitmacy granted them, the loser could look at how to change a few things. I think Prescott's victory over Khan holds more value then Valero's victory over Pitalua. But all will be even once they enter the ring
