This is One of the fights that I go with the underdog.

Im a Valero fan by the way.

But in this case, ill go with Prescott. They both lack defense, and have huge power. The problem is that after Valero KOd Pitalua that easily, he will think he will do te same to Prescott and Prescott have a good chin. I think Valero will get careless and he will get KOd early himself.

I could be wrong, but thats what I think will happend!!!!!!!!
