Margarito was their to get hit, and he doesnt hit as hard as Cotto. Williams was able too fight most of the first half on the outside as soon as Margarito got to the inside is started looking ugly for Williams.

If Cotto gets to the inside he will break Williams in half.

margarito was able to get on the inside b/c he is relentless. cotto is not relentless, and IMO williams hurts him before cotto "gets on the inside" and even has a chance to hurt him.

we've seen cotto hurt before, we've never seen williams hurt.

Cotto was rocked by guys like Corley and Torres. And hurt by Mosley Judah. And he quit against Margarito.

Williams have never been rocked nor hurt badly. He never took two knee and fought 12 rounds with Margarito when he was wearing his plaster.

I would fear for Cotto wife and child. I don't want them going through the same pain Margarito inflicted on them

Watch the margarito fight, I know paul is taller and faster but even with margs pressure cotto landed an insane amount of bone crushing punches, and even with paul william's **** in your mouth you cant say william's chin can take those

Having a work rate like that is incredible and is really impressive, but throwing that many punches if you are fighting someone like cotto expect to get hit alot and hard

i think williams wins

cotto would have to try and close the distance and inside fight, he will take shots doing this and paul is a decent inside fighter too, i think paul wins a decision, maybe even a knockout if cotto slows down and becomes defensive
