Bring Back The Super Heavyu Weight Division PLEASE!!!!

I think Crusier Weights are what used to be Heavy Wieghts 190-200 guys who would probably weigh about 210-215 if they didn't have to starve themselves to make CW. Like most of the HW from 1960's to 1990. Now we have CW and then we have the fatty's like Chris Arreola who we call HW but by olden standards would have been Super Heavy Weights. I say bring back the SHW division and let these fatty's have to train to get in there. I am tired of seeing HW fights like we saw the other night Arreola vs McCline where I am watching two out of shape fattys fight over a Happy meal. It is purely ridiculous. I have no interest in watching over weight out of shape men fight for peanuts. It is sickning and what is at the heart of killing boxing. If I wanted to see s fight like that I would go down to my local bar/pub and stay there past 2am on a Friday night.

I long for the days like yesteryear when the HW's were in shape. I mean you looked at the Heavy Weight Champion and you knew he was the baddest man on the planet. Check back to wiegh in's like Tyson vs Holifield 1 and see Iron Mike looking like a piece of Iron and Evander looking like the real deal. You take one lok at either of those guys and think to yourself "Gee...I defintely would not want to fcuk with that guy" I would be deathly afraid to get in there with either one of those guys unless prepared and in shape. I now find myself thinking to when I see guys like Chris Arreola " Wow I could take that guy. he looks like the prick who ordered the entire dollar menu at Mickey D's or the scumbag who grabbed the last 6 pack of Corona's at the 7 Eleven... I could just move around for about 30 to 40 seconds and wait for the dinner bell to ring . He will snap his head looking for that Double Quarter Pounder and I can counter him with a 20 piece McNuggets.

Seriously fellas it is a damn shame when guys like that are undefeated and there is no body around to fight him except Lennox Lewis' old sparring partner that never made it because guess what he was never that good. I mean gees Riddock Bowe is trying to make a come back. Imagine that fealls and guess what it is a shame I rather watch Mike Tyson sleep then watch Wvlad or Vitali fight some of these over weight cab drivers.

I do not know about any of you but where do yuo stand on this subject? Should they bring back the SHW division make the HW;s start at 200 and put a cap on it at 240. Why is it illegal and dangerous to out weight your opponent in every other weight calss but when it comes to HW we can have a 215 lb Holyfield fighting a 7 foot long hair backed gorrilla that weighs over 300 lbs? Where is the fun in that I rather watch 2 fly fcuk. Grass growing would be more entertaining in HD then watching that 7 foot monkey lace up his gloves. Wlad is a highly skilled athlete but his style puts me to sleep. He throws more jabs than a Fly weight and he has the talent and power to Ko most of his opponents in less then 30 seconds. Vitali has a pair of brass balls but there aint no one to put in there with him worth fighting. I am NOT knockig the Klitty's just merely stating facts that when you remove them from the HW picture it is like Voltron with out a head. All you have left is a bunch of out of shape over weight bar room brawlers with little to no name recgnition. MMA is killing boxing no my friend boxing is killing boxing. the promoters the cable networks and fighters them selves need to look in the mirror and fix the problem. The problem is that boxing needs a new face.

They need a true HW Champion that can WOW us again like Iron Mike a true HW Champion that can stimulate us like Ali. A true HW Champion that can give us excitement and show us hi heart everytime he gets in the rign like Holiyfield did. A man with size talent and skill to go along with courage and desire to show us what we have been missing. As long as we have these 7 foot 250 plus pound fatty's around we are not going find him. He will probably be playing some toehr sport or fighting at Cruise Weight and go unknown because he will be in teh shadow of some special olympics fat monger that idea of training is eating Wendy three times daily and washing it down with a slurpee.....BRING BACK THE SHW AND RID US OF THESE FATTYS..Lefty

Would probably be the single best move to be made in the interest of boxing. Saving HW boxing is so important.

I do however agree there should be a maximum weight limit on the HW division. No more T*ttie Shows(not involving women) on HBO please.

They just need to come in better shape. The only way to do that would be to enforce some sort of mandatory fitness test before a fight.

then Super Heavyweight would just take the position Heavyweight is in now, and probably take all the interest from the casual followers

I'm all for sorting the heavyweight division out but i don't think this would be a good solution

                  So I was right.

There has never been a Super heavyweight division in pro boxing.

And next time, reply in English. Thanks....GreatJoe

The champion[s] of the highest weight class is/are theoretically better than anybody else in the sport, so having a super heavyweight division where you'd have out of shape, inferior 'champions' would just make an even bigger mockery of the sport.
