Whitaker got robbed against Oscar more than Oscar got robbed against Tito. Whitaker outlanded delahoya 3-2 in that fight, never ran, had de la missing, and lost. De la got a gift. They were done giving him gifts after that fight and after running against Tito, essentially ruining the mega fight of the decade, they new that clown didnt have the heart of a champion like Tito. Then quitting on his stool against Pacman slidified his spot in the ***** book of boxers

wow. u wouldn't make it as a judge in boxing. first time a fighter ever dominated and set a 40yd dash record in the ring because he was terrified of getting hit.

If you think Oscar beat Tito and ur not a bi---. Then u also have to think that whitaker also beat de la hoya. Tito vs Oscar was closer.

Man, how can you guys forget the Yori "Boy" Campos fight?

He was something like 51 1-43 KO's and TITO almost decapitated him.

          1)Campos
          2)ODLH
          3)VARGAS
          4)Ray LaVATO

Sweat Peaas been in the ring with both fighters and hes an ATG that knows more about boxing than any of us. When asked who was better between Tito and Oscar, he said Trinidad was easily better. Argument over.

You DO know Oscar landed about 150 more punches than Tito in that fight, do you?

Yeah, Whitaker did beat De La Hoya. So did Quartey. What's your point? He still beat Tito.

He only said this cuz Tito whooped him easily, giving him the first indisputable loss of his career. This only happened because he was older and coked up.

Tito has a better resume with better wins than Oscar, but a look at their fight lets you know who was the more skilled and versatile fighter in their prime.

he was 51-0 with 40+ KO

Tito was always first to step up and take on undefeated champs that others (de la hoya) would dodge ex. Vargas, Reid, Campas etc. Then after Tito gave them concussion syndrome then that ***** would step up. Hes such a bi--- its not even funny.

A look at there fight tells me that the moment De la hoya stops running he gets knocked out. Cotto is more versatile than Margarito, but he got KO'd. Same thing. The sum of all there parts puts Tito ahead of De la Hoya. Had De la stopped to fight hed been KO'd and thats why he ran. He's quicker than Tito, but hes a fraud. That fight was a fraud. He through not one meaningful punch. He never tried to put Tito away. He never committed once, becasue he knew how easy it would be to get KO'd by Tito. Ive never seen a fighter give another fighter that much respect. Ive never seen someone run like that. Wake up man. De la hoya survived that fight thats it.

Oscar put the only gameplan together that he could and he still had to run away cause he didn't have the tools to beat Tito, only survive against him and hopefully try and steal something. This is apparent when you look at all of his fights before this one. Watch Corte, watch whitaker, hes a head hunter going for the KO. He did what he had to do to stay alive. Tito went in there like he always does. He expected a fight. He expected Oscar to come at him. He expected the same de la hoya that came out the previous 25 times bringing heat. Oscar was talking about KO, but when he got in the ring he was all about running. Boxing lesson, ha ha ha ha. You ran away like a girl. Oscar had no chance against Tito unless he ran. If he stopped he was KO'd.
