Paul Williams Runs 7 miles a day

I felt like it was the first round in the 12th round and that was because of my hard training and running seven miles a day," Williams, 27, said. "It helped my breathing.

Is this more than average since i dont know much about how much boxers should or actually run

Didn't Clottey used to run 10 and also Vivian Harris used to run something like that and they would gas after mid fight.

That could be true, I heard one of his track workouts was running 20x200, not just running them, he would run the 200 and then jog the other 200 on the track, they would time him too.

I really really really doubt Clottey runs 10 miles a day. Why would balloon up to 170 fight night

James Toney usually runs about 13-15 miles a day when he's in training.

Running long distances is aerobic exercise, sprints, 200m fast 200m light jog is anaerobic.

                    Boxing is an anaerobic sport.

                    You work out what helps.
