Marquez was hoping maybe floyd would fight him at a catch weight.

Guess mayweather isn't willing to take any chances, story of his career.

Well, who knows? Negotiations are still on going. Hopefully Marquez has a GREAT manager/Agent and a GREAT lawyer. Obviously Floyd wants the fight because he hasn't been this close to coming back for anyone else. Marquez should have known that it wouldn't be easy negotiating with Floyd so why go into a fight this big ass/u/me/ing?

For the record I think Margarito/Cotto fans have the most excuses for their fav fighters folowed by Pac in my opinion.

I still say Floyd's fans puts everybody to shame when it comes to excuses.

Floyd just doesn't have the nuts. He wont fight WW and he will only fight SFW if they move up to 147. What a joke.

im a floyd fan, but asking juanma to go up to 147 is a little unfair, juanma will be too small at that weight

As an individual Floyd fan I can only speak on my behalf but from my
point of view I just believe that Floyd is that good even though he
doesn't fight everyone I do believe that he has the natural abilities
to beat all the fighters at 147. Who knows what's in the head of
Floyd Mayweather Jr but Floyd Mayweather Jr. All I have to say is
that I don't believe he is scared of them guys but I think he is looking
for the most $ and best opportunities to keep him on top.
