Marquez doesn't have to take this fight though. Mayweather is the one who needs a supposed "tune up".

Marquez can just wait for the Pac/Hatton winner.

Floyd's fans burned out the excuse of him not fighting Margaito, Williams because he's an undersized ww, but he can't fight under 147 or he shouldn't because he wasn't the one that called out? Lol, y'all are gonna have an even tougher time of defending your man.
Not making an excuse for a GROWN man just spitting the facts.. Floyd has never called out JMM he called him out why wouldnt he take advantage of the weight? Im pretty sure Floyd could make 140 but why? Because JMM wants him too...JMM is just a tune up!!!

Floyd can fight anyone he wants, if anybody NEEDS someone its Marquez needed him, it sure isnt the other way around. Marquez would be only used to set up the Pac fight to make it bigger, two guys colliding both having wins over Marquez.

Dude...Maybe Floyd just doesnt want to drop to 140 in his comeback.

Maybe Floyd is just making JMM his tuneup..like ODH did Forbes.

No double STANDARDS.. Did any of you nut huggers learn from the DLH fight? He would be a fool to drop 7lbs on this fight when we all know JMM needs him more than he needs JMM so 143 would be fair...

No, floyd can't just fight whoever he wants. Marquez might be the easiest fight for him to take that would give him a good decent payday.

He is certainly not going to fight Cotto or Mosley.

It's a hard sell to try to convince people that a celebrated veteran and P4P#2 like Marquez is a "tune up".

                    Granted I know that's what's on Floyd's mind.

So what Floyd is not the king of the world, JMM can easily fight valero or Bradley and made good money and tell Mrs Boat Buyer to **** off.

If Floyd is a undersize WW and walks around 148 like all his huggers say, then making 140 is easy for him.

He is just trying to have every advantage posible because he knows JMM is dangerous!!!!!!!!
