    Attempted murder?

Did Margarito shoot at Margarito and only wounded him? Did he use a knife on him, but didn't get the job done? How is this an attempted murder? If I decide to get in a street fight with a brass knuckle, is this an attempted murder? There is much worse **** happening in the NHL and nobody's ever been accused of attempted murder.

I merely mentioned that cheating goes far beyond Margarito and that many people were just waiting for anything to be able to bash him for.

      ******ly, he supplied it.

It doesn't take away from the fact that there are many circumstances of cheating that people overlook in the sport of boxing because of who the fighter is and how they view him.

He did this to himself. Like I said, people don't really care for the others since it isn't as serious. If you think Margarito is some how hated even more upon because people didn't like him, then you're wrong. Plaster of Paris is much more serious and that's why people outcry.

Look at Doug Fischer. The dude loved Margarito and bashed him just like the rest.

Have you every heard of an analogy? No one said this was attempted murder, they said that attempting to commit a serious crime is a serious crime, so the fact that he was caught before he could commit the crime is irrelevant. As an example of that fact they pointed out as an analogy that attempted murder is a serious crime.

In this case the attempted crime is aggravated assault, not murder, but no one said it was attempted murder, they were using an analogy.

Bottom line, Margarito is a cheater, he sucks (I've said that all along), he should be banned for good if you got to load your gloves to win a fight f***in *****.

People can use this to prevent any possible credit to Margarito. When he beat Cotto all of his fans, not just the puerto ricans wanted to just puke. They were sick. Now that this happened it makes them feel better at night that Margarito may have used loaded gloves.

                  Can you read?

I've already said he did it to himself.

However, you're not realizing that many people didn't like him in the last 4 years, and only recently started to respect him for his acheivements because taking on the best fight after fight is hard to argue against.

This fiasco has allowed them to say what they've truly felt regarding him.

If you can't see that, you're blind to reality.

I was a supporter of Margarito, he tried to cheat, and honestly, how many times does a cheater get caught on the first try?

he cheated and that's fact whether he have knowledge on it or none doesn't actually matter, and the verdict has been delivered and Margarito accepted it without complain. But to accused him he cheated in all of his fights is logically wrong! No body knows how many times he had cheated, and when he got caught of that Plaster Of Paris, nobody knows too if that was his first time using that stuff. There is a big difference between attempted and consummated, so through with the penalties, but in boxing many disredited the penalty imposed as so light and wanted these two offenses incorporated.
