Nope, thats exactly 10 weeks. Thats perfect.

He brought phil landman again, so this means he knows, this fight is tough. I guess he will try to take away the weight issue first, to concetrate on the game plan itself.

Cotto will be more than ready on June 13

The week before the fight doesn't count as well. Fighters rest and just concentrate on making weight. He started his training camp at the right time.

Good news.....glad to see this fight is showin' signs of havin' a pulse .....like I said before.....props to Cotto for takin' the fight, but thats where it stops!! Clottey got this!

i got two trains of thought about this fight...one cotto will rip clottey up in the body and stops him late....or cotto will do what gets him in trouble and thats sit up against the ropes and be a punching bag....cotto has weak ring generalship

me too, when did this become official......I met with Clottey the night Cotto destroyed Jennings, that night Clottey was on his way to the post-fight press conference to to demand a fight be made....funny thing I saw/read no news concerning that...Anyway I'm glad it's gonna happen, I give both fighters credit for agreeing to get this going.......

I got Clottey by SD or late TKO... just too much defense... Cotto will bring the bizniss though. This one has rematch written all over it...

this is going to be a tough, tough fight for Cotto. Clottey has a good defense but not unbrakable. We have seen him against Marg, good defense, and against Judah; boring ass fight were if it wasn't by the head-butt Judah would've that belt.....

First... Cotto is the WBO champ! His lost* his WBA title to Margacheato.

Second... You have to give it to Cotto to take on Clottey and if the figth lands of HBO, then it will be an early christmas gift.
