if i offended you then i sincerely appologize because when i post it is never about race on here. But you have to admit as a cotto fan that there are some guys on here that would insult people and their mothers for not agreeing with them that cotto isn't the best in the world. All i like to do is base my opinions on boxing but from posting on here a lot of my beefs have been when i made a comment or critique about miguel cotto. I never try to blow up but that post was the straw. Again no disrespect to you because can't speak on everyone but i know for a fact, cotto fans can get really aggressive about the guy.

This is boxing and people can base their talk about whatever or whoever they feel and that's why this is a boxing website so people with thoughts and opinions can mesh up & exchange verbal jabs. Just because people are not 100% on Cotto beating Clottey down like Cotto fans believe, don't mean that there is a conspiracy to see him lose? It's just because WE know that Cotto is tough but Clottey is tough as well & will put up a fight & won't back down to Cotto (HAS CLOTTEY EVER BACKED DOWN) The guy had a broken hand & still lasted so WE know that Cotto is not going to walk through him & the fight will be competitive.

The thing I don't like about Cotto fans is that everything you guys say is based on Puerto Rico and how great the fighters are but yet that allows you to make UNLIMITED excuses about them when they lose or people are not totally sold on them just because they are from PR. I guess a lot of die hard fans of certain fighters get a lil too over board sometimes and that's why I base my opinions on the actual fighters and their styles to support my posts but again I don't have to be right or wrong all the time.

I beleive that the advantage on this fight will be for Cotto do to something that not a lot aof people realize his speed. True Cotto is not the fastest guy on earth but when he has fought against known fighter for their speed he has surprised how quick he is also. Paulie and Mosley were practically match in speed by Cotto. If you combine that with Cotto's power Clottey is going in for a long night (or perhaps short if he get's knocked out.

However if Cotto comes to brawl and not to use wisely his Boxing skills he can be surprised by Clottey. Cotto needs to stay away from those ropes which have caused him alot of punishment in several fights. From what i see it is in his nature to brawl and exchange powerful shots and i guess that's why people like to see him fight, but he can take more advantage of his boxing skills and speed and not only rely on the power on which lots of fighters can take and keep coming. Clottey I beleive is one of those that can keep coming.
