SO I would think if you're a minority that is ****sexual and a cripple should have no trouble getting any job he or she wants because if they don't it's discrimination.

Affirmative action is the worst form of racism there is. Its basic tokenism by the white upper class and does nothing for the ********** as a whole. Favoritism based on racial quotas is the most bankrupt solution for racial harmony you can find. Hmm, lets alienate one half of the population in the name of racial equality?? LOL, its absurd. It also sends the message that merit is less important than fulfilling a politicized race quota.

It's racism period reverse racism would be being nice it doesn't matter the color of your skin if your racist or not. If you go to the ****** black people are gonna be racist towards whites; in the country you'll see white people being racist towards blacks!!

I think he is still making the point that if someone said something like
"I'll never lose to a black boy" people would cry racism and jesse jackson would show up. And they probably would be condemned from this sport.

you're assuming that those who are chosen by affirmative action are inferior to their white counterpart?

just cause a minority gets an opportunity based on affirmative action doesn't mean he/she doesn't deserve it as much as the white person who didn't get the opportunity. besides... there are many ********** competing for that spot. white persons should compete for the spots available to them.

even if you take a resume from a white person and a minority and remove the name and picture (suppose a picture is included), most people can tell which one is the white persons and which one is the minority by the racial markers in the resumes.

lets say each has the name of their high school on their resume. all you have to do is look up that high school and if its an inner-city highschool you know he/she is most likely a minority and if its a suburban highschool you know he/she is most likely a white person. based on such racial markers people will be able to discriminate.
