Realistically, I think the conversation is of little consequence because Spinks isn't getting by Deandre Latimore.

But for conversation's sake, a prime, active Spinks would give Williams a lot of trouble. Guys like Williams need that firm target for them to hit, either on their anatomy or their gloves: Something to keep their balance on.

Spinks wouldn't let him get his rhythm going because he wouldn't be able to establish his jab or combinations. Just like in the first Quintana fight, whenever Williams missed he'd get off balance and couldn't get his act together. Think Zahir Raheem vs. Erik Morales.

Spinks now isn't maintaining his weight as well as he should, I think we won't see too much more of him after this Latimore fight. Something tells me he's ready for life after boxing.

Guys like Kirkland and Angulo would get torn apart by Williams, you just can't stand in front of him with impunity.

I get where you are comming from, although I think Foreman would actually do kind of well against Williams I think he would fall short in the end.

I am interested in seeing Williams against anyone really, he is a tough matchup for anyone, but he gets hit clean (much to often) so very good punchers and very good boxers may be able to take advantage. Williams most likely will do good against any pressure fighter that he faces but it would be a good scrap.

And you think this why, because Foreman isn't "a big name"?

Nobody has dropped Foreman and Williams isn't a big puncher, but you think he KOs Foreman? If you haven't seen Foreman and don't have an educated opinion on the subject, just let us know.

It really is hard to see anybody beating Williams with the amount of punches he throws, but it can happen. I mean, it has happened.

I'd say Abraham would beat Williams if he could make the weight but Williams would beat Pavlik. I like Abraham's defense over Pavlik's in this style, plus Pavlik's feet aren't exactly swift. Angles.

Daniel Santos would be an interesting style matchup for Williams, if he has anything serious left in the tank.

Paul Williams wooped on Winky Wright and I stand by my claim regarding Yuri Foreman beating him.
