Hey there, you know it's very hard to pick against Pacquiao now. I think there are a lot of guys who would beat Pacquiao - with Mosley leading the pack - but I don't see Hatton doing it. Pacquiao has filled out beautifully at 147 and 140 is probably his best weight class.

I see this being a tough fight for the first 5 rounds but Hatton just doesn't close the gap with any creativity. If he had a serviceable jab I'd say he had a better shot but he just comes straight forward with power punches and that's going to be to his detriment.

Pacquiao will pick him apart every time he tries to advance.

I have seen great improvement in Pacquiao in recent years, not just in his ability to switch styles but in his toughness. His evolution as an Americanized fighter, complete with his own set of roughhouse tactics, reminds me a lot of Yao Ming's Americanization as a basketball player. Pacquiao is just the total package now and Hatton is on the slide.

I haven't seen Santos' recent fights but I've heard good things about them. I think Foreman is a handful for a lot of the flat-footed fighters out there like Angulo and Kirkland. A smarter boxer like Santos would give Foreman much more difficulty IMO.

I can't find any footage of his fight against Alcine. Santos needs get back in ring hasn't fought since last July. He lost that opportunity against Martinez. Rumors about him and Mayorga.

It's the same reason Mayweather beat him, Hatton doesn't close the gap intelligently and you can't fight a good counterpuncher like that, especially one with heavy hands like Pacquiao.

I'm afraid Winky will be too rusty and slow to deal wit Pwill's workrate. I really want him to win, but he can't possibly be at his best after bein gone so long. I dunno about Foreman cuz I only seen a handful of his fights.

I truly believe that Paul Williams will beat Winky Wright because Winky's footwork is too slow. Winky does not fight well at range and from what I've seen of late, Williams is starting to make better use of his reach.

Wright is the kind of guy who prefers to get in close where he can chop with his punches and I don't think Williams will give him that terrain.

That said, I think Yuri Foreman is the perfect style to beat Paul Williams. He is very quick on his feet, if completely lacking in punching power. He moves in and out faster than anyone at 154, has a strong chin and a very good amateur background. I think he has the style to make Williams' long limbs work against him and befuddle him ala the first Quintana fight.

I know a lot of people will call me crazy because obviously a big name cannot lose to a lesser known fighter but just think about it for a second.
