        - Bernard Hopkins

"He's a great fighter. He is the pound for pound king of 2007 - of this era."

        - Shane Mosley

"The best pound for pound champion in the world, no doubt about it, Pretty Boy Floyd Mayweather."

        - Oscar De La Hoya

"He's an amazing fighter. He's one of the few fighters I've ever seen, like Muhammad Ali - he watches every move his opponent makes, and capitalizes on those mistakes. That's a gift. You can't teach that. Floyd's number one of this era. He's fought the best of this era."

        - Sugar Ray Leonard

The truth is he's simply the best fighter alive today. All you haters can hate all you want, but you are simply blinded by the truth. And the truth hurts. Even the best know Mayweather is the best. As Hopkins said, it is what it is. Don't hate on what's in front of your face.

and that's coming from the mouths of real fighters, not armchair fighters and fans

Yup,the best at 154 was Oscar and at 147 it was Baldomir,Judah and Sharmba, definately not Cotto,Clottey,or Margarito and the Punisher was nowhere around 147,or 154!!!
