Actually, Roger Mayweather pointed to Williams as the toughest fight and the guy that would trouble Floyd the most.

I actually agree with that. The more I watch him, Paul Williams would possibly man handle Floyd. The reach, size, power, and decent speed... Whooo! I dont know if Floyd can handle that.

Reason why there is a such thing as p4p.

Totally agree, it seems being a Champion in 5 Divisions is no real challenge, let him come back and finish Mosley & Cotto, so you all stop winning about it...

Paquiao is no challenge for Mayweather, he is overrated for defeating a De la Hoya totally drained!... Let's see how he does against Hatton, I really hope he wins so he can fight Mayweather, will you accept he is the best fighter today???....

Zab was undisputed ww champ. Baldo beat zab. PBF beat Zab AND Baldo.

PBF was the linear ring 147 champ.

mayweather IS great. the problem is that he has not done all he could to be GREATER, and place himself higher atop the list of atg fighters.

PBF also tried to get the Hatton fight earlier at 140 but Hattons camp said they werent ready and needed more time before taking on PBF.

PBF was already at 147 and Hatton was playing around jumping back and forth from 140 to 147.

The linear 140 champ moved up to take on the linear 147 champ as happens in boxing all the time and PBF won.

PBF beat the linear 140 and 147 champions yet you say he didnt do anything.

Well it seems to be considered great or in Floyd's case #1 ATG all you have to do is say you are and plenty of people will eat that **** up.....oh and his #1 fan boy Malinaggi co-signs for him.

In my opinion, he hasn't done anything truly great in terms of opponents faced. However I think he has the perfect base for a top resume but now he just has to cap it off. Mosley and Cotto need to fight again, if Mayweather were to fight Cotto now, naysayers would mention the loss to Margarito. Similarly a fight with Mosley would be discredited due to his loss to Cotto. Therefore if Cotto and Mosley, Margarito's conquerer, were to fight this would establish a number one welterweight in the divsion and present a "great" opponent for Floyd to fight. In the meantime a Marquez win on his resume would add to it greatly, despite the weight difference, and obviously a fight with Pacquiao, if he were to beat Hatton, would truly put the final touches on a great, hall of fame deserving and All time great resume.

Having said this though, it looks like the idea of a Marquez fight isn't going so well and come May the second, for Floyd's resume's sake, I hope a certain Mancunian by the name of Ricky Hatton is not pronounced the victor.
