Would every notable WW have beaten DLH the night he fought Pacman?

Yes you are. You are a hater Sir.
Listen, anything you say against Pac the nuthuggers will attack and call you a hater.
It's a religion. Don't attack their God.
It doesn't matter that you are a Fan of Manny. You have to be in the religion and be orthodox or you don't count.
You like generalizing pac fans too much benny. Dans aint a hater but im sure you are.
I think Cotto and PBF will most likely beat pac.Comment

Pac outweighed delahoya by 1.5 pounds according to the unofficial HBO and here you are proclaiming all JWW and LW would KO Dela hoya but when floyd comes in and fights hatton at welterweight and not junior welterweight you keep your mouth shout.
Im still waiting for your answer . When the fight was announced at 147 where was your outrage for Delahoya being in such a disadvantage?
When did I say "all"?
I said it would make more sense to compare it with Hatton, JMM, etc. than comparing it with the WW in the division. I'm going on fight-time weight.
Floyd offered Hatton the fight at JrWW, TWICE, and TWICE, Hatton declined. So, Floyd moved up to chase Oscar.
When Floyd and Hatton did meet, it was at WW because Floyd wasn't moving down. Floyd had the 147 and the 154 pound titles and was hailed as the best fighter P4P in the sport.
When they met, Hatton decided he wouldn't make the same mistake again in coming in to heavy like he did with Collazo so he kept his weight around the same weight he would usually come in at for his JrWW fights (by fight-time weight). Floyd, comes in at 149 by fight-time at WW from what I know.
So, you have two fighters coming in at the same weight.
The only thing they didn't do was the draining of the weight for the scales as if they were JrWW.
When the fight was announced at 147 where was your outrage for Delahoya being in such a disadvantage
It was Oscar's choice to go down in weight so why would I be outraged for something he did and I don't think he was forced or ask to move down.
It was much different than when Morales asked for the fight to be above 130 because he was having trouble making weight and wanted it to be in the division up but Freddie basically told him it was at 130 or no fight.
He knew Morales would cave into the pressure because of Pride.Comment

The observation is the study of where Oscar was that night compared to where he was in his prior fight at 154 and continued back through his career.
It is wanting to understand what Oscar did wrong. It also lets us in on the psyche of an aging fighter.
It is the study of Oscar and not Pac. But Pac is important because he was the young, hungry, healthy fighter that showed where Oscar was on that night.
Fighters and Fans can continue to learn from Oscar's experience just like they should have learned and paid attention to other history lessons with Jones Jr. and Chris Byrd and many more.
- it was a bad move for DLH to move down to 147 this point in his career, but it is to face a fighter who had one fight at 135 so can't blame dlh for wanting easy money
- it was a mistake that he underestimated his opponent.
- he didn't take into account the speed of his opponent
- he thought a former flyweight couldn't hurt him cause he has been in there with the likes of tito, vargas, mayorga etc...
- he tried to stalk pac. he didn't try to utilize his natural height and reach advantage
- pac was too fast
- he was hell bent on koing pac. he was getting so much **** for taking this fight, not winning by ko will be considered an embarrassment.
- dlh didn't use that jab as much. he could have won a couple of rounds if he did.
- he was NOT weight-drained, NOR shot. look at the first few rounds. DLH was missing miserably when he did try to punch, or getting countered. pac goes in and out, side to side. that's why dlh wasn't punching. cause there is nothing to hit.
conclusion: DLH's move at 147 affected him negatively, but it was pac that beat him. he was no way "a corpse" or "shot" as some of you guys say/ he could have prepared better but i think he still would have lost.Comment

Stop. Seriously, stop and pay attention.

I was never outraged for Oscar being at a disadvantage because I didn't care much about the fight when it was announced. My only wonder was if Oscar could make the weight and be healthy.
It was Oscar's choice to go down in weight so why would I be outraged for something he did and I don't think he was forced or ask to move down.
