That may be the case, but you have to realize that Judah is one of the best gatekeepers in the sport, and it was him who catapulted Cotto, and Mayweather to the big box office stars they are today. The man has a name, and evidence shows that if you can beat Judah you will land a big fight. ie. mayweather vs De La Hoya, Cotto vs Margarito, and now Clotty vs Cotto. Hatton would lose, but if he were able to pull it off he would land a big fight, get knocked out, but still collect a good check.

Think about it, all of the British fans will be in town for the fight with Ricky Hatton, right? So the night before Judah wants to fight a Brit to capitalize on the popularity. Who brings in more fans to the arena, the opponent or himself?

Finally a sensible post. Like Floyd, he is fighting out of his natural weight in a division he doesn't belong in, yet he's doing what all you crybabies want floyd to do, which is actually fight the best. Do you people even watch his fights? He's not some bum, he's Zab Judah. So he had a couple embarassing stunts, I'm not denying that he's wasted some of the biggest talent the sport has seen and it's annoying. Still, he badly cut and scarred Cotto's mouth which now bleeds and wouldn't be surprising if Clottey made it bleed. He stumbled Cotto twice, and Cotto both times responded with monstrous low blows. You can argue all night whether or not that is why he won, or if he just was too big and destroyed the smaller man, but either way he made a p4p fighter and a monster in his division need to resort to dirty fighting to hold onto his strap. And he gave Clottey one hell of a rumble. That was an extremely impressive fight where he kept pushing the attack on a much bigger man and had his old stamina and speed. The same fighter that lost to Clottey that night would beat any 140 lber. Even if he's done training, he's just in it for a payday, like street bully said he will launch the useless hatton's career and they can hurry up and cash that bum out. Oh well, I guess we can say goodbye to his american debut.

Judah was always overrated to me. When he lost to tszyu, i hope i spelled that right. I was not surprised. But Judah did surprise me in the way he fought against spinks in the rematch.

Nice move by the Judah Camp, well until the end! All eyez will be on the sport that weekend! The Brits make it a weekend event already, so they could sell those tickets at a fraction of the cost and possibly sell the *** out! They will give it another shot with bigger figures!

It sounds like Hatton is saying, "if I am going to fancy a 1st class pummeling then I should get hazard pay also."

Both are a joke. Zab is a never was and Hatton a never will be.

although I would heavily favor Zab in that fight.
