ban for life.....hopefully, but i doubt it, he will make a comeback soon and of course the controversy will get ppl to buy....esp. if its a rematch against cotto or any of the other question marks in his career so far...which could be all of them, who knows.

          Dam Cheater!

First off I will confess I'm a Cotto nuthugger but have always supported Margs until this ruling. First off him being Mexican doesn't reflect on other Mexican boxers. All I have to say is the Marquez brothers, Diaz, and so on. What bothers me is that he had such little regard for the sport we all love so much. I would have respected him more if he lost without cheating than winning with BLOCKS in his hands.

We will never know if he had loaded gloves for some of his other fights but it sure puts them all in doubt. I personally feel he used them before thus the lost look on his walk in for the Mosely fight. When you know you have an advatage and it's stripped it breaks your confidence and I think that combined with Shanes excellent game plan broke him.

Being a Cotto nuthugger I think he used them for that fight as well but we will never know. I know if I was in his place I wouldn't admit to anymore cheating if it indeed did happen. My personal opinion is that he should be banned if this report is accurate and Arum should drop him if it is.

But I will continue to root for my Mexican brothers unless they step in the ring with Cotto or Juanma. Boxing will survive this incident!

you guys better make damn sure you know the tramposo loaded those gloves for cotto.

come on - what more motivation do you need to cheat when a new life offering MILLIONS per fight awaits if you beat this one short puerto rican dude.

believe cotto got his **** pounded in for 11 rounds by the plaster; 100%.

i doubt this was margarito's first time using loaded gloves.

his whole record is suspect now.

I don't give a **** what any Margarito fan has to say about having no proof that he had plaster of paris when he fought cotto. That was the biggest fight to date for him and he's not going to use it ??? Yeah right...This ******* should be banned for life !!!! Cotto survived 11 rounds of this...He's a tough SOB.

margarito's a piece of **** of human being.

                    totally agree with you .

Cotto was his best fighter, so of course he'd use rocks.

I did use to support Marg but this is disguisting. I think that he might well have used plaster of paris in the Cotto fight because why wouldn't he have. His career was pretty much on the rocks after Williams schooled him and a big win over Cotto put him right back on track. He probably knew his chances and decided to use it.
