Present Oscar may not be perfect but no boxer is. All of them make mistakes, his were more hyped due to his popularity.

Just got home a while ago from work and spent a lot of time reading just about the entire thread. And well what can i say other than the fact that i have lost a lot of respect for Antonio Margarito who i considered my favorite fighter as a lot of people knew from my sig (Got Chava the GOAT i like it!).! I guess i'm still kinda of a fan of his although no longer my favorite i guess Manny Pacquiao got bumped up to #1 (i would have never thought this possible a couple years ago LOL!). i have been a fan of Margarito for such a long time that i just can't hate him overnight. and to be honest there is still no proof that he cheated before the mosley fight and well he didnt cheat in the mosley fight he attempted which still causes me to lose a LOT of respect for him though! It really saddens me though cause its a black eye on boxing a sport that i love so much and well its a black eye on Margarito who i still cant even fanthom that he would do something like this. I have met him before and it just doesnt make sense he was one of the best people i have ever met really nice guy and very humble! This is tough on me to be honest i dont know what to think! Like i said i'm still sort of a fan which im sure a lot of people will blast me for but it will stay like this unless its proved that he cheated in others fight then i would seriously lose all respect for him and want him banned for life! Margarito first step really now should be to apologize for what almost happened on that night against Mosley. He should apologize to Mosley, to the fans, and to everyone associated in the sport of boxing! Then he needs to state either that it was a 1 time thing or confess to have cheated before. Whatever the truth is, which NOBODY except Margarito and his team know what it is! Ah damn margarito this **** hurts...
