But he already has said exactly that, several times. He doesn't believe in trails - he's already said that, in his opinion, if someone doesn't own up voluntarily to a crime then he is by definition innocent - whatever the crime.

Unless he is family or knows him personally(well enough to vouch for his character) I can respect that, but if hes just trying to be a super loyal Margarito fan...that i dont get.

So Margaritos more than questionable character is more believable than CSAC now? Theres always a chance that it is but standing by Margarito is like saying you wouldnt consider any criminal guilty unless a confession was made. If you know Margarito more than a fan or know him personally to vouch for him this way so be it but if youre just basing your opinion on the argument CSAC is corrupt .........its pretty ******. Do you know him personally?

Yes I do and the guy I know isn't a cheater. He's always been one of the nicest most approachable people I've ever known. Thats why I'd like for him to do a sit down interview and address this personally.

Im not saying that they were accused of of the same thing. But it shows how corrupt the state can be. Just because the state says something it doesnt make it true. They are politically motivated to do whatever will perpetuate their power.
In Margarito's case, it was too late for them to make any other finding after they pretty much already declared him guilty back in February.
I would like to hear what Margarito has to say about it before I believe anything a corrupt state like CA has to say.

In Margarito's case there was hard evidence against him that went to a laboratory, which produced results that can be retested anywhere else if Margarito's wishes.
The fact is that Margarito and his trainer lied through out the hole process. 1st they said it was on 1 glove and when they unwrapped the 2nd glove the substance falled out again. 2nd lie is that Margarito says that he didn't know that what was on his hands when another person could feel the non normal stiffness on his wrap just by touching it more can the boxer that actually has the wraps on him should notice.
3rd lie is that the say that it was an old gauzed hardened because of the humidity from the previous fight from Cotto. Yes it probably was from the previous fight with Cotto, but it turned out to be that it was not an old gauze but a plaster.

I must repeat this one more time He is a disc=grace for all the great Mexican warriors and there country. I wonder that instead of Cotto it would had been Julio Cesar Chavez Sr or JR or even Juan Manuel Marguez, who was cheated what would you think. Further more, if that was the case would the Mexican Boxing Comission would be willing to give him a chance to box again.

This follows to my next statement, with the evidence from a laboratory that the material is officialy plaster, if the Mexican Boxing Commission still is willing to have him fight in Mexico, the Comission itself is an insult to the Mexican people and there great fighters.

Margo is proven plain and simple that he had plaster in his hand. It was no longer boxing, it was an assault with a weapon. If you think that the SSM fight was the first time he tried to use it, your just fooling yourself. Fame and fortune will make you do things like this(ask ARod). In my opinion he didn't get to Williams cause Williams uses alot of angles as he hits and is pretty busy to just try to walk thru him. Second half of the fight you see the difference. I wonder if he damaged Clottey's hand when he was hitting them with Clottey's peek-a-boo defense. Used to be a Margarito fan, now I'm just disgusted and very disappointed. That Lujan fight really now tells a different story

He seems to be claiming that neither is the case. He has specifically said several times that everyone is innocent unless they voluntary confess to the crime - whatever the crime may be, even including murder and terrorism.

I think you would do the same thing after getting hit with plaster. Mosley was able to stick to the game plan and bring the fight to Marg because he wasn't getting hit with loaded gloves. I not anything that isn't common sense. What don't some of you get?

No Mosley was able to stick to the game plan because he knew when to tie him up, Cotto didnt..

OK then i can respect that...... nicest most approachable people I've ever known. - Does this mean you know him that well enough, not just as a fan. but you know Margarito "the man" not just Margarito "the boxer". If you really believe that Margarito didnt cheat as a friend, confidant, or family more power to you.....friends,families lie too just in case you didnt know....specially if it means saving their livelihood.
