Even though the csac report shows plaster present i would like to hear what margarito's camp has to say now. I do beleive he is guilty and needs to explain how this happened or get the wraps retested somewhere else. I do agree with poon in that to know try and speculate that he used it more than just this time means that every person who checked his gloves in every prior fight missed it. If this were the case i think that would be a larger indictment on the hand wrap checking procedure than anything else
