thats why we need 1 champion in each division or at most 2 champions in each divisions... we neeed to get rid of all these ABC belts...
and have same day weigh in's so we have fighters fighting in they natural weigh classes....

I wish boxing would bring back same day weigh ins and make only 2 belts in each divisions...

As much as i would love to see that happen, the greedy politics of the sport will never allow that to happen. As a result, the sport will continue in a downward spiral. HBO will eventually cut back the budget for boxing events etc....

If you mean Margarito (who isn't really new) and Pavlik then yeah, they don't have star power, like Floyd. But there are a lot of exciting fighters out there, more exciting than Mayweather.
