A few pounds in boxing means very, very little and honestly, pavlik is much more natural at LHW (like I mentioned, the plan was for pavlik to move up in weight since he was struggling so badly to make 160). I agree that pavlik is better at 160, but that's because the 160 division sucks.
fighting 10 pounds above your best weight limit IS a big deal.... because then you blow up even more on fight night...

Bernard had a lot to do witht hat victory... but Pavlik looked like a zombie.. he looked slow, and he didnt let anything go... Its as much of the fault of fighting at 170, as it is fighting bernard imo

RJJ is a legend man he ranks just outside the top 10 bernard arguably doesn't even make the top 50.

Pavlik always looks like a zombie, he's a very simple robotic whiteboy (lmao j/p!). Seriously though he is extremely simple in the way he fights, he just has a lot of power and comes forward. If you know how to box like bhop it's easy to school guys like that. The 10 pounds was not an issue, that became an excuse only after the loss. Prior to the fight they kept talking about how comfortable Kelly is with the extra weight and like I pointed out two times now he was planning on moving up in weight until bhop derailed those plans.
