Floyd Mayweather jr's next fights should be........

I read a thread talking about what if floyds fans picked his next fights... I have a plan that would solidify he position as the best of the past 20 years.

First, fight jmm on july 11.. A win would put him back in the top 3 p4p. This is a brilliant warm up fight.

Then, take the fight with the winner of pac/hatton. This would prove p4p supremacy.

Finally, and most importantly, floyd must prove that he is the best ww.... he can do this if The winner of Cotto-Clottey fights shane mosley, and floyd beats the winner of that fight.

If floyd were to do this, i dont think you could argue his position in the top 20 atg.

Very true. If he beats the winner Cotto/Clottey/Mosley, haters will not be able to hate on his Welterwight spot as number 1. Of course they'll always bring up Castillo/Mayweather. Haters will always hate. Good post.

Cotto/clottey fights in july----floyd is rumored to return that month..... shane wants cotto, he is most likely to get the fight

pac hatton is in may, so the winner would be open for another fight befor cotto

i think its just smart financial and boxing wise if he fights the winner of just pacquiao hatton...if he was to fight marquez and lose...hes carear would be in shambles...seriously bad move if floyd goes for marquez first...to risky....he should just go for hatton or pac
