Now thats just disrespecting everything Pac did that night. I dont think hatton could have slipped those punches like what pac did.No offence but hatton at 147 isnt really that good.

yea hypothetical....but he turned down the de la hoya fight because it would have had to been at welterweight...and i dont think hatton will dare go back to welter...and of course de la hoya knew this and thought it might make him look like he still had the magic...also too de la hoya just loves the big draw these days...and hatton de la hoya sell the most tickets...hatton is in his prime and wants to fight only the elite fighters....no shame if he loses to both mayweather or pac...he only gets beat by the best, but i dont see him losing to pac at 140

          Well speed kills.
Then Hatton is no slouch in terms of speed.

This fight will happen on May 2 and speculation will be over. I will give Hatton his props if he proves you right. What will you say if Manny Knocks hatton out... Will you be back on here to make excuses or will you give Manny his props?

Thats not what we are talking about........... If you think id argue that hatton is the best 140 pounder right now, we on the same boat.(i hate his clinching though)

Bull**** so what if Pac didn't put DLH down! Before that ****!n' fight all of you didn't expect Manny to win that way against Oscar and now you're bitching that he can't knock him down...PBF,Mosley,Trinidad didn't floor him and you're expecting a midget who went up 2 divisions to KO him in a brutal way...Oscar's face was messed up and the guy quit on his stool, what do you want more?
I hope Manny will rip Hatton's face badly and give him a total beating so all of you can STFU...

Well, Oscar always had a good chin but also Pac landed at will all night on him and couldnt put him down.... I think its more his speed than his power at these higher weights.

Hattons chin is proven, he took some good shots from Mayweather before he went down, he can take a good punch. Pac's chin isnt really proven beyond 130 plus we dont know if he could take Hattons bodyshots.

It is a great matchup, I am picking Hatton though so many expect a Pac blowout. i think it will be very competitive.

                    what you guys think?
i think some of pacman fans are overestimating his power but i think you are underestimating him either.nobody ever dominated dela hoya like manny did...nobody,not even floyd or bhop, who predicted a ko for oscar b4 that fight but gave pacquiao all the credit in the world after.but ofcourse,we can always make excuses that does not sound like it.what's funny is ricky said he could have beaten oscar easier than manny did, ridiculous!he koed jlc with a very good bodypunch but he did not beat tzu, collazo or lazcano imo.is'nt jmm an elite fighter above 130 now?but again we can make another excuses that does not sound like it...

instead of thinking fans r overestimating pacquiao's power bcoz of what he did to ODLH, weight drained this, shot fighter that, anybody could hav KOed ODLH that night crap...

                      think of it this way...

people except the nuthuggers are actually underestimating MP's power all the more bcoz of that ODLH fight...

u think hatton is really thinking about pacquiao's power? u think he is worried about it? i doubt it man... he is always saying he is the bigger and more powerful guy @ 140... i think he is the one who is underestimating pacquiao's power...
