I've never seen Gomez fight. How is he?

Slick crafty boxer type. Not a lot of power but good technique and good amateur exp.
Think of Casa without the power and slightly better defense.

If he came in @ sub 230, he would have had a tougher time handling Vitali's punches in my opinion. He's going to get ****** around the ring enough as it is already. You see how easy Vitali manhandled Peter who came in @ 253. His only chance is to get on his bike for 12 rounds and pray he don't get hit flush. (which will be slim to none)

Don't know but what I do know is that Vitali is hard to hit and hits hard, and from the lennox lewis fight the fighter who is like the only fighter to even hit Vitali cleanly with solid shots. He took punches well and has shown a great chin from a hard hitter.

Corrie Sanders hit him flush a couple of times too, and had him running backwards for dear life in the early rounds before he got gassed out. He didn't even go down from Vitali's shots! I say he's a hard bastard. :shk1:
