Then there was his total betrayal of MAB. After being asked who he's rooting for in the MAB Vs Khan fight he says "I'm sitting on the fence with this one" ARE YOU SERIOUS? MAB came into the ring with Hatton and cheered for Hatton against a fellow Mexican, Barrera showed great loyalty to Hatton with all the respect and friendship he showed him and when Barrera goes to Great Britain Hatton didn't even enter the ring for him? Hatton sided with an overrated ******* multi-cultural hype-hero image who he hardly even knows over Barrera the man who was on his side in a country foreign to Hatton over a fellow Mexican and Hatton does that? Oh then there's the fact he held out for 50-50 against Pac the P4P champion? UHM on what grounds does Hatton think he deserves 50-50 against the P4P champ and multiple weight division champion who beat ATGs ? "I BEAT MALIGNAGGI ;DDDD" **** off you greedy fat **** he pretty much uses his whole British fan base to negotiate deals and earn more money and the Brits fall for it? How can Brits seriously support somone like that? Yet we turn around and ****talk people like Carl Froch who are taking big risks to prove somthing to the boxing world? Wow.

The best parts yet to come though, Hatton trys to compare himself to Roberto Duran (HAHAHAHA) yet he apparently can't even go up 7 lbs without being made to look like a fool? "I'M UNBEATEN AT 140!" LOL SO? Who have you fought @ 140 that makes you think you're the best at 140? Kosta Tszyu? (LOL, over the hill and argueably winning until he quit for some reason) Uhhhh an old Castillo? Malinaggi? ROFL yeah you definatly proved you're the best @ 140. Oh wait you haven't beaten Kendall Holt or Timothy Bradley? and ducked Junior Whitter like the plague.

Sorry for the rant but honestly after seeing non-stop Hatton on my T.V (born and raised in England so I'm subjected to such bull**** if I want to see anything to do with Boxing on our T.V) about how great he is and how he made us proud by losing to Floyd I'm just sick of the guy. Brits wake up, Hatton is a **** he's bad for boxing. His brother's a prick aswell.

    /End rant.
Hatton is genuinely funny. If more guys in the sport had a personality like his, boxing would be a lot bigger.

I'm not saying Bradley or Holt are better than Hatton nope they'd need to prove it for me to believe it but at the same time they're not saying they're the number 1 LWWs and it's their divison like Hatton is and for me to be okay with Hatton saying that he needs to beat Witter and Bradley. Honestly, I can see Witter giving Hatton nightmares and landing some big hooks that Hatton has been caught with before...Hattons resume is a good resume yes but is it good enough to call him the undisputed 140er? No. Not when there's people like Bradley and Witter out there. Although, I think Witters done now personally but 2 years ago he would of bust Hatton up imo and there was no excuse for Hatton to not take that fight really...30-70 cut WBC title, just no excuse not to take it.

Malignaggi is not of the same Caliber as Holt/Bradley/Witter sorry...especially when his most notable performances were a 12 round loss to Cotto and a split decision win over Lovemore (Although he did UD him a year prior to that I believe?). Kosta was old lets face it I'm not saying that to discredit Hatton, it was still a very capable Kosta in there but it wasn't as if Hatton was fighting a young, hungry champion. Catillo was shot to pieces it doesn't take much to look better than Edner Cherry (lol). I never saw the Maussa fight, can't comment on it.

It's not that I place people above Hatton as to why I don't think he's the no.1 LWW, it's that he hasn't proven it by beating the top LWWs. Listen I don't mind people saying "Hatton is probably the best LWW" or "the most accomplished LWW at this moment" but if Hatton wants to go around saying "140 IS MY DIVISION" and proclaiming how he's the best in that division then he needs to go out there and prove it against the fighters that count. Not against people like Lazcano and Malignaggi.
I agree on one part, he's got some work to do in JWW after Pac. I was gonna say unfinished business, but Bradley was unheard of when Hatton signed to fight feather fists (who u may not rate but was the no1 contender by the ring). He needs to fight the winner of holt/bradley after Pac, but I think he'll go for JMM. Cant blame him for that though, and in reality he'd be a much bigger test. He probably should of fought Witter but no real point anymore. Thats the only blemish on his 140 resume imo. IMO he has fought legit contenders consistantly in every fight since he beat Koysta. U may not think they're any good but bar Witter there was nobody else.
Oh and forget about Witter for the time being, there are much more credible opponents than him now. That ship has sailed.

I only bothered to read your post up to this point, but just to make you aware Ricky was in Bristol saturday night as he had his own card under his promotional banner so unless he could teleport back and forth there was no way he could escort MAB to the ring even if he wanted too. Khan is a 22 year old british kid who he also has a relationship with, he's been on Ricky's chat show last year, Khan was ringside for many of Ricky's fights inlude Oliveria, tszyu and PBF etc - he would be considered a tool if he hadn't stayed on the fence - please get a life and just enjoy the fights.

ok i agre with the MAB thing, and i agree to an extent about how he ****s on about fans the PBF jokes, but you must remember he has steeped up to welter twice and beaten a good tough and strong fighter in Collazo and then he gets beat due to the fact PBF has wound him up like mad prior to the fight and had the ref in his pocket. so i dont think you can knock his step up, plus he has a very good resume i dont think it can be taken lightly, also do have to have won belts at multiple divisions to be P4P ? I dont know the answer but say you went up through the divisions winning titles against title holders who realy aint all that, look at Pac he beat david diaz, he aint all that, he beat a very weak ODH who aint been at that weight in years, is Pac REALY p4p number 1 i aint convinced.

Khan never displayed the amount of loyalty MAB showed Hatton, nowhere near. Sorry you'll never change my mind on that, there's no excuse for Hatton to of not escorted Barrera in. Khan was ringside to Hattons fights? So? Wasn't Ali ringside to Foremans fights? Guess Ali was Foremans best friend. He would not of been a tool if he escorted Barrera in, far from it he'd be showing Barrera the same loyalty as was shown to him. You can try and excuse it all you like but personally if somone showed me that much loyalty as to go against their own countrymen for me then you better believe I'm siding with that guy.

Are you dumb or something? - fair enough if you are then at least you have an excuse. Ricky had his own card in Bristol - he is a new promoter who was doing his 2nd or 3rd show - how can he escort MAB to the ring when he's hundred's of miles away?

I used to be a Hatton fan before the Tszyu fight, but he has shown since then how limited his skills are, and he has turned into a money grabbing wrestler who tries to sell his fights by appealing to dumbass fans, who are crazy enough to believe he is a man of the people.

Whether you think he's a wrestler or limited or not is you're opinion but as for whether or not he's a man of the people etc consider these points off the top of my head - and I feel silly pointing this out as it's nothing to do with boxing really.

                    1) Ricky bought his first house in virtually the next street to his family home.
Whilst I'm not saying the area is like Iraq or anything he could easilly
relocate to somewhere alot more fashionable.
                    2) He drink's in the same pub he grow up in, socialising with the same people
                    equally.
                    3) He still plays darts for the local team.
                    4) If you know the history of Hatton then you would know about the young
lad with the terminal illness who he treats as if he's his own son.
                    5) He pay's to take his mates over to Spain on holiday every year

The list is endless, and again I feel ridiclous pointing this out, but this really is a ****** thread started by an idiot.
