Says a lot about Floyd. Thanks
I was just listing absolute legends as an example. There's plenty of other boxers who would have given him a lot of trouble and have a great chance of beating him: Prime DLH, Forrest, Quartey, Taylor, Cotto, Mosley, P.Williams etc

            130: no one
135: Gans, Leonard, Duran, Whitaker all have a good case, not sure who would be a betting favorite
140: any of the above who is big enough + Pryor all have a good case
147: Mayweather is not a welter, the all time elite from this division should beat him.

Duran is the only one under 147 that I would pick to knock Mayweather out. At 135 Duran leaves Mayweather out on the canvas.

The guys who WOULD beat him of recent times.

                Sugar Ray Leonard
                Tommy Hearns
                Roberto Duran
                Prime Shane Mosley at 147
                Aaron Pryor at 147

Everything else IMO is a toss up or aint happening.

Duran and Hearns are the only ones I could see putting Floyd down at least.

Why do you think Leonard should not be in there?

Duran out of the 4 lightweights (Gans, Leonard, Duran, Whitaker) I mention has the worse chance (it's still a very good chance) to beat Mayweather. Duran does not like movement.
