Pac can take body shots, trust me. I reckon Hatton's body punching is overrated, come to think of it. Since old Castillo, who has he KO'd with body shots?

In these videos below he allows his sparring partners to go to the body and just stands there taking shots, it's not like he's sensitive to the body, it is superbly conditioned. And jeez... look at the handspeed.

JMM KOed most of his opponents because of his punching power and he carried his power until to LW and no question about it. But this completely different when he faced Pac, so if you think JMM is equally effective with Pac just like others he KOed, then where was the KO or even KD to Pac despites of those fire powers Pac absorbed??? I am not denying but this is fact.

The point is smart guy, on May 02 Pac will not be the same as Malignaggi who was just weiding a knife against his opponent using canon! it would be canon against canon! If Hatton possibly has advantage on armour, then Pac has advantage on his agility, lateral movements, plus hitting his target with accuracy!

Pac can spar Vlad and Vitali Klitscho or King Kong if he likes...my entire point is that it's ridiculous to try to make a comparison with this sparring partner he bashed up yesterday, and the man who is going to be facing him on May 2nd. You're right, Pac is a hole different story to Paulie and bring's some serious weapons to the party - this I have never disputed - we'll see May 2nd who's the daddy.

True, Pac just a rookie in this weight level but he was been trained to received big hits from hard hitters in his preparation to ODLH. Pac has not been KOed for years! Pac was been very sharp and inflicted damage at 135 to 145! and Hatton had just KOed at 147! think about it smart guy.

You deliberatley never mentioned the names at 135 to 145 that Pac caused the damage against....he inflicted damage against Diaz at 135 and that's it - he hasnt messed up a Casyamayor, Nate Campbell or even J. Diaz etc (you will probably say that two of them were beaten by Marquez and he beat them but he still hasnt faced them-although I would tip him to beat all three). As you know 145 is not a division -it's just what a refugee version of Oscar was ****** enough to weigh in at. Having said that I give him credit for the performances. Hatton lost to the best in the business after giving him the toughest fight of his career (floyd's own words not mine) no shame in that. Pac has Ko'd at light flyweight against a nobody, and before anybody say's he was a kid/weight drained etc if he's big enough to dish out the punishment, he should be big enough to take it.

I bet 5K with Pac beating Hatton on May 02, wanna take it????
To be honest bro, im not sure how this points thing works yet. Let me check it out, hopefully gain some points and I'll get back to you late April? - I'll send you a private message so we can both remember to sort it out - deal?

Manny can work the ring with his speed better than Hatton but lets face it, the fact that he is not technically defensive says that he can get caught out there at any given moment. If all he has to count on is his speed with NO inside defensive strategy, can become an advantage for Hatton. I can see Hatton getting caught by them straight lefts from Manny but if Hatton finds a way to get past those or even be able to evade them coming in then the momentum can shift. All the Manny fights I have seen always show him exchanging punches. A tough aggressive fighter can lure Manny into a brawl because he will not be able to keep Hatton off of him for 12 rds without engaging. Mayweather is very quick and evasive and Hatton still got to him as well as Malignaggi. The thing with Floyd was that he is very defensive & accurate on the inside as well, but to me Manny is an outside fighter. If Hatton can get around that straight left hand then Ricky will maul through Manny. But that's just my opinion.

But your forgetting that Ricky Hatton has a very good solid jab & a fierce right hook that sent Mayweather going back on his heels. Bottom line Ricky has power & if he is studying Pac like I know Floyd Sr is telling and showing him this will not be an easy out boxing Hatton fight for Manny. But again that is just my opinion. I can't wait till May 2nd!!

At what point did Ricky send Floyd back on his heels? That's not true at all, as far as I remember.

BTW, people talk about Ricky's jab as though it's something special. I haven't seen him use a good jab.

WTF!! Dude, do you think he is intentionally trashing sparring partners? What good would that do him? It'd only make things worse because he has one less person to spar with.
