Now everyone who's opinion changed, I wanna mainly speak to. You see Abraham knocking Kelly out at 160, I am assuming, because most polls show no one really thinks he's getting a decision against Pavlik. He's too inactive, and he's not Bernard Hopkins. But Kelly doesn't have a ***** chin. He took alot of punishment from a very in shape and game B-Hop and stood his ground. He has been knocked down before but has always gotten up. His conditioning is top-notch, especially at 160. Kelly will win either by KO, or by UD. Why? Because Kelly is a busy, come forward fighter fighting the shorter man. Much shorter than B-Hop. Abraham likes to fight in bursts:turtle shell defense, then bursts of power. But Kelly has taken the best punches of guys who fight like that. I'm talking Miranda and Taylor, guys who have if not more, at least as much power as Abraham(Taylor maybe slightly less but almost on the level). He will be able to deal with AA's outbursts. Furthermore, the time that AA rests on the ropes with his gloves up will not be as easy for him as has been in the past. Kelly knows how to deal with guys on the ropes as well as almost anyone in the game. Many of you forget that that's pretty much his bread and butter. And if any positives came out of the Rubio fight, it was Kelly's relentless work to the body, which ultimately made Rubio give up. So AA can sit on the ropes, but his ribs will take a beating, making him more tired than he would have otherwise been, making him ripe for a KO or UD. If you disagree or agree please comment.

Why didn't Pavlik KO Taylor the second fight? The correct answer is Taylor started boxing. As it happens many people thought Taylor won the rematch. If Abraham ever fights Pavlik you can be sure that he will put on his boxing shoes. In the mean time Pavlik had better learn how to deal with boxers.

exactly. Abraham has **** when it comes to footwork. he isn't gonna be outboxing Kelly. THIS is why Pavlik wins: Kelly will be throwing punches from all angles, all night, hoping enough get through that he KO's AA. If not, he gets a UD anyway.
Arthur, on the other hand, will be throwing combinations maybe 3 times a round, sitting on the ropes taking punishment, and hoping he hurts Kelly enough with them that he KO's him. If he can't catch him, he will lose, definitely. How can a man who knows he's gotta KO the other guy be the better boxer? When people have put pressure on AA, he hasn't looked very impressive, and you can put everything you got on this that Kelly would be putting the pressure on AA. Arthur is not Bernard Hopkins people.

Pavlik's pressure will keep AA shelled up. I don't think Pavlik KO's AA, and I don't think AA wins a UD. IMO, Pavlik by UD.

            Are you blind?

If Abraham's footwork was so bad then why couldn't Miranda lay a glove on him the second fight? Oh wait, I know - Miranda is ****!

Last time I checked Abraham's win over Miranda had nada to do with AA's great footwork and everything to do with the fact that he was fighting an immobile brawler who had become damaged goods courtesy of one Kelly "The Ghost" Pavlik. Stop trying to convince me Abraham is fleet footed, that **** don't play here.

AA takes a good shot. he's a big MW wit skills, power, and decent defense. I think he'd beat Pavlik.

This is the truth. AA isn't anywhere near the pure boxer that even JT is, let alone Hopkins. The truth is that there isn't another Hopkins out there and I really think that is the only recipe to beat Pavlik.

Pavlik has a good chin so it is doubtful that Abraham will knock him out. All he needs to do for the win is out box Pavlik in the same fashion that Taylor did in the rematch. Abraham is faster and has better lateral movement than Pavlik. In any case if I were Pavlik's manager I wouldn't put him in the ring with Abraham. The money would not be worth the risk.
