    Nah YO, RAHMAN = WILDCARD.

He can come in the ring and get blown out by MAskaev.

Or he can come in and KO Lennox Lewis.

It all matters if he wants to be a fat lardass or in tip top shape.

McCline's problem isn't just mental-the guy is too muscled up and he is not fast. I don't even think his jab is that good (not that fast, he pushes it out a lot), and he leaves himself open to counters all the time. This was someone who almost got knocked out by Charles friggin' Shufford and then got awarded a horrible stoppage.
Rahman is also just not good enough. Never learned to counterpunch, has poor defense, and has stamina problems. Also just doesn't put in a good work-rate and his handspeed is lacking as well. Not saying Klitschko is the man to do it but he sure has a better chance then these guys . . .

We all saw what happened when McCline fought Wlad., but Vitaly is a different kind of fighter so McCline's style may (or may not) match up better against the older brother. Also, since McCline lacks amateur experience, he has had to learn on the job and I'm pretty sure he learned alot from the Wlad. and from the Boswell fights.

I'm not starting this thread because I'm a huge McCline fan, but I believe the HW division is wide open right now for someone to come conquer it. Also, athletic 6'7 260 pound guys that can let their hands go are hard to come by and McCline happens to be one of them. Thoughts anyone?
        Mccline is horrible.

McCline has NO chance of unifying the titles. When u see how much trouble he has with Byrd, he wouldn't last more than a couple of rounds with Vitaly... Rahman has a small chance, if he wants it bad enough and he can make people underestimate him, i think he's got a shot

Could McCline be the guy to unifie the titles? NO. He is a 270 pound weiner. He's probably crying right now thinking about his fight with Chris "WHOOOOOO!" Byrd. To his credit however, he'll wait to hyperventilate until his ring entrance.

McCline's only chance is if he gains some much needed killer instinct!!! Also does anyone else think that Meehan and McCline have like the same exact style or is it just me???

Did anyone see the weigh in pictures of Rahman??? He looks like he is in great shape finaly!!! I say he stops Meehan within 2 rounds.

Just lost a split decision to Byrd. Had a chance to put him away early but ran out of steam. so the answer is no, obviously he is not the man to unify the division.
