McCline doesn't have a chance in hell at unifying the titles. He's alot like Michael Grant in that he has all the physical tools, but he's mentally weak. Byrd will find a way to beat McCline tomorrow night.

That's what I am talking about if Rahman can stay focused and keep his weight down I think he could be the one to unify the belts...He is the only one of the current heavyeights to beat Lewis....I don't care what nobody says it was only a matter of time until lewis knocked out klitscho, or knocked his eye ball out...

Im not heavy into criticizing the lewis vs klitschko fight and found it best to keep my mouth shut about it.

Lewis was training to fight a heavier guy and was a push over fight for him, so I am not surprised he came in heavy (possibly to lean on him?)

I had klitschko up by a round or two, due to percentage of punches being thrown. Lewis was accurate and however the ball drops lewis tore his face up....If that was lewis's face everyone would say klitschko busted him up...

My final thought: The fight ended halfway through (with good reason) their was still 6 rounds left and that leaves a lot of story to fulfill with half the tank full or half empty.

Rahman, is the guy in the shadows if you ask me. He did it right he went on a comeback trail and got himself incredible shape. If he succeeds through Meehan chances are he will get brewster (maybe?) and that is another baby step towards the spotlight once more.

Rahman is only getting better with these comeback fights, It shows in his shape and if he can keep the mental focus I believe he will be on top.

Rahman doesnt want to be on the bottom no more, He was collecting less than 10,000 checks in his comeback fights. Im sure he isnt interested in that anymore.

He also has incredible skills and isnt really a small guy, I think he could box klitschko if he showed up in shape and 100% focused and steal the title....

Klitschko isnt God as some look at him to be and Rahman probably has the most tools at heavy...

        Then again call me crazy.

i m not calling you crazy.

like you , i think an in shape rahman can beat any HW out there. he is not the bigger heavy but he is strong enough to not being outmuscled and his right hand is deadly and quite fast.

he can beat vitaly on a good night if vitaly is not well prepared.

McCline has always been known to freeze when risen to the occasion, As soon as he sees someone hanging out on a limb and about ready to go Jameel backs off...He isnt vicious enough, I dont give him a chance against Vitali no chance in hell is what McClines got....

Id picture it be like the Kirk Johnson fight.

              *Side note*

This is what is going to make the byrd vs mccline fight so entertaining, Jameel will have Byrd out on a limb and Byrd will throw crazy light fisted combinations and Mccline will retreat and back up.

McCline is a coward (just look at him in the fight with Vladimir).

mcline sucks... i dont think he could beat ruiz, much less VK.... and he'll probably be getting embarassed by byrd soon...

as for rahman, he's done.... they guy has done nothing since winning the title from lewis... he's been KTFO by lewis, lost to holy and he's beaten a bunch of bums.... he hasnt looked good or fought anyone good in years...

not to mention losing to ruiz already

Tua is the only fighter who could take care of Ruiz.....

It isnt a shame to lose to Ruiz no matter how much you hate him.
