For the most part, the majority of successful fighters have a cause for being champions in the sport.

Money as well as pride was the greatest motivator in the beginning when boxing got started.

Nowadays, there are fighters who have been successful because they were driven by a purpose greater than money.

Oscar wanted to keep a promise to his dying mother of winning a gold medal in the Olympics.

Floyd, Jr. fought to help his mother get her life back after what she'd been through.

And more recently, Manny Pacquiao fights for the love of his people and his country.

If you dig deep enough, you can find the true causes of success in most people's lives.

There's a saying that's been true since the beginning of time:

"Do what you love, and the money will follow".

Money is certainly important to acquire, but you cherish it more and appreciated it when it becomes a by-product of your most fulfilling activities in life.
