I know theres health bars but the HUD is turned off as default... thats what i meant...fnr3 has health bars......even if you have the HUD tured off, they still affect the game.......cant believe you didnt know that.....
this guy is saying a punch to the chin damages more and ****, but didnt say every punch could knock you out, just every punch can change the fight.......
and yeah obviously theres health in every game, its obviously necesary to have limits, but it should not necessarily affect knockdowns and ****....and from his "if your health is low you might get knocked down" comment, i just think they coulda made something better....Comment

Yeah I want the any punch can knock you out game, thats realism, and even a jab if youre horrible out of position and off balance and you land it perfectly, something that you wont see but probably once in the game since in reality its very rare.fnr3 has health bars......even if you have the HUD tured off, they still affect the game.......cant believe you didnt know that.....

graphics are the best hands down.......the big problem the psp has is the noisy-battery sucking umd drive, the lame ass Memory Stick PRO Duo instead of the cheaper more universally used SD cards and the fact that it was under supported in the past, though sony has been changing that, pretty big franchises like final fantasy-metal gear-god of war, new classics like patapon, echochrome have already appeared i psp....and a lot of third party support on the way......
The DS has much more original games though.......but if youre a buttons player, the psp's library is just fine....Last edited by -Hyperion-; 03-12-2009, 05:17 PM.Comment

resistance retribution for psp is supposed to have ps3 compatibilty with resistance 2, unlock new modes for the ps3 game and ****......you can even play the psp game with the dual shock 3............

Based on the footage I've seen so far, no, but I think it'll be a great boxing game. Ali's jabs and right look really damn stiff. I mean movement and stuff looks solid and Tyson's punches are good. Though Ali seems to every time he throws a jab like goes forward. It doesn't look right or that good at all.Comment

ive read it........form what i remember, it never says one punch KO's......it says punches can do more damage depending on where they land, and one punch can change the fight(im assuming drain so much of your health bar that your character acts a little sluggish for a bit and you have to have another strategy because now youre losing), i dont think they ever mention one punch KO's.....and that basically means its still the basic principle of ea's boxing games, beat till health bar empties....im not saying they cant make it work to still give a somewhat realistic experience, but since a low budget early ps2 game can do one punch KO's and has been using reach and style as the basic formulas of the gameplay for so long, i find it weird that EA cant do something incredibly realistic and awesome....
(again im assuming theres no one piunch KO's, because they guy didnt mention it from my recollection, if he did then i apologize...)Comment
