My reasoning is that Cotto does not have the boxing ability to hang with Floyd. He does not have the footwork, speed, agility or defense to beat Floyd and this was displayed in the Margarito fight. if he cannot outbox Tony, a slow, plodding predictable fighter, he has no shot against Floyd.

Lets use Mayorga for Example. Did he have the boxing ability to hang with Forrest 2x? How many times has the lesser skilled fighter beat the more highly skilled fighter?

Of course not idiot. Im comparing the situation. The TS is insinuating that there is no way Cotto can beat Floyd, due to the fact that Floyd is much more skilled than Cotto. 1. castillo didnt beat floyd, it was close but floyd won
2. floyd fought with a shoulder in jury
3. floyd kicked his ass in the rematch when he was 100%
4. castillo was an excellent fighter, very good at working the body and cutting off the ring in particular, he also had good power and an iron chin

we all know fight are fought in the ring and that is one thing floyd does not do. he hand picks all his opponents. the guy has talent but anybody can look good against lesser opponents. to be the best you have to fight the best. the ww devision is full of talent and floyd fought none of the top guys. no paul williams, no cotto, no ssm, no clottley just to name a few. but he did fight a journey man in baldomir a stepping stone in zab judah (my boy BUt it's true) and a golden boy that has not been golden for years now. oh isnt that the same guy pac man stopped. come one we can go back and forth till we are blue in the face but the fact is floyd never took care of business he left when he had no choice but to fight..............
