By the way, any styles make fights posts will be met with a massive LOL.
Where is the relevance between Cotto getting knocked out by a slow, plodding fighter in Margarito and then his fanboys saying he could beat and knock out Floyd.
Great reasoning, using 1970's heavyweights to rationalize welterweights in 2009.

He went into Margarito's comfort zone and beat him up. You are correct that he did not employ the same style that Cotto attempted, but if Cotto had tried to do what Mosley did, he would have been stopped earlier. Fact is, Mosley has a better chin, is faster and has more heart. I am just dissapointed that he put on a lackluster performance against Cotto in the first place.

I think shane would lose at this point in his career but it wouldn't be easy. I would give williams a chance too but to be honest I dont think anyone who gets out boxed by quintana could out box floyd.
That is essentially my point. People will use arguments with other fighters, and desperate people will have to go as far back as the 70's, but anyone with a clue can tell the obvious difference in class and caliber between fighters.

Ur forgetting one thing,Cotto outboxed Shane, barely, but he did!!Styles make fights,if u noticed the differance between Cotto and Mosley's fight with Margarito, while Cotto was landing and trying to move away after combinations,Mosley would land a combo, then land a few more,to keep Margarito on the defensive!!Cotto I think is a very good fighter with good power and enough boxing skill to fight with Mayweather and maybe win,if he goes to the body,I dont think mayweather has the power to disuade him,the reason I think Mayweather would have trouble with Margarito,is because unlike Cotto or Mosley,he doesnt have the power to back him off and keep distance!!

LIkely true, as Cotto has shown he is a good fighter who makes big fights but talent wise and popularity wise he will never be at Floyd's level.

Oh so now Mosley's performance against Cotto was lackluster. Had nothing to do with Cotto right? And we're supposed to believe you're being objective here?

I hate to have to explain this to you because you should have understood the post, but he is saying that you cannot say that fighter A beat Fighter B and fighter C beat fighter A so fighter C will beat fighter A.
