very funny matchup.adamek can take a punch but golota is 240 & hits hard.although he has to hit him first.adamek is almost 33 so he better decide what weight he wants to fight at.I'd like to see adamek vs haye.

I don't know that I necessarily like this fight. Golota's career has more peaks and valleys than the Dow Jones stock index and I'm apprehensive of which Andrew Golota will show up to fight. In his lasting outing, he got smoked by Ray Austin in one round.

It would be an achievement for Adamek to beat a heavyweight but in reality a win over Golota means very little these days. The fight could make him some money though, more so than any fight at CW might.

This would be an excellent fight for Adomek b/c it would fully rally his Polish fanbase. Of course they are already behind but this would really make him a powerhouse in his home country.

i realize hopkins is old so fighting him may be a thrilling prospect considering his recent successes. however, he is a wily old veteran the likes of which adamek has or ever will see. that being said, adamek isn't busy enough to beat hopkins regardless if he understands what needs to be done to beat bernard. if he thinks he can get in there and catch hopkins with one clean shot and end the fight he is in for quite a gamble. it doesn't make any sense for adamek to fight hopkins because he would lose by decision and it would not be a fan friendly event. hopkins would slip and slide on the outside, pop shot, maybe a combination or two, and of course lots of holding. adamek would allow hopkins room to move and chase him around the ring getting knicked and clipped from just outside his range and lose every round hoping and praying to find the sweet spot which will never come. im praying this fight doesn't go through.
