Good fight for me, As much as I like Ortiz I will go with 2pounds in this one. 140lbs brings out a diff Stevie than at 147...

i actually don't think this fight does anything for ortiz. i'd like to see him step in there with a more recent former title holder, then challenge for a belt. if he beats forbes, which i think we all believe he will, then he's just showing us what we already know. forbes has shown, especially in recent fights, that when the fight gets brought to him he's willing to lose competitively and protect his never-been-down streak.

i don't think victor's stock goes up with a win over forbes.

Ortiz's stock only goes up if he KOs forbes. I prefer a fight against torres over forbes, but forbes is servicable, but not on ppv i suppose.

I think forbes vs Ortiz is a good matchup, but i'd rather see it as a BAD and not a PPV undercard, however, its probably the best undercard they'd possibly give us. I personally would like to see Agustus on the Undercard again... Ortiz VS Agustus? (nevermind that'd be an aweful match-up) Honestly i'd like to see ortiz go some rounds so Forbes is good enough, but it'd be nice to see something better on PPV

How about Ortiz Vs JCC Jr, or is the weight difference too much?
