Personally, I'd like to see him against Ricardo Torres or Junior Witter next. More so Ricardo Torres.

      Who Ortiz?..

ouch!..I think Forbes is good got Ortiz now..than maybe Malignaggi..I think Torres is DANGEROUS..he's way more precise than Joel Julio..and would TAG Ortiz!..

Ortiz-Torres would be GREAT tho..I gotta admit..

Im not too thrilled about this matchup. no offense to Forbes, but hes not great to watch and hasnt had a win in a while.

Id rather see Ortiz against Torres as someone mentioned above or Lazcano

Nah, Torres went life and death with Arnaoutis. Arnaoutis even dropped Torres.

Arnaoutis is a good fighter. Ortiz just made him look like nothing.

This fight does three things for Ortiz.

He fights someone who CAN win.

He fights someone with a decent name, someone that if he beats more impressively than De La Hoya did, people can easily point out.

He will probably get more than a handful of rounds against. If not, he's a serious monster.

Decent matchup, so long as it's no the co-feature. If it's the first or second fight? Hell. Why not?
