carl froch doesn't group his shots togther and so far has never faced someone as quick as taylor - if taylor can take frochs punch then he will win by 4/5 rounds

I already have bets on Froch winning. I'll stick with it, cause I called it month ago. Could be wrong, but counting out Froch so easily is a big mistake.

Jermaine Taylor is a level above Froch.
Froch doesn't really seem to have the many strings to his bow. He has a deadly uppercut and good chin. That's all that is obviously good. He might be a Margarito type though. Taylor is a superior boxer.

People ask who has Froch fought, but it's not his fault this is the first real bout he's got.
We simply don't know yet how good he is.
It's my su****ion that he will be able to step up to the challenge, and with Taylor's shaky stamina, take the fight.
I believe that Froch si the sort that can find a way to win, whereas Taylor is the sort that can find a way to lose... Froch has more of the "Devil" in him.
Just a gut feeling.

That's the key point innit, nobody knows how good the ****er is.
He gets tagged by good fighters and **** fighters alike, and appears to be carrying a brick for a chin. I think the most impressive thing he has done as a pro was take out Magee with an uppercut in round 11, anyway you slice it, he definetely has world-class power and is dangerous for a full 12.
But on the face of it, I can't pick him to beat Taylor, I know Taylor's good. Froch isn't an obviously worldclass fighter. Barry McGuigan thinks he's great and I hold alot of stock in what he says. He's interesting.

if he is tired however and gets caught and gets caught flush like he was vs pavlik then its lights out. froch is a much bigger puncher than pavlik and has the ability to end it with one punch. but i see jermain coming in good condition and coming in to fight, he did the 12 rounds with lacy wihtout any problems so the extra eight at 168 shouldn't affect him.
froch does have a good jab, its very misleading, and he can catch you when you think you're out of range, but he shoots from the waistline and is so slow it is unreal. he will be very easy for jermain to counter and i see taylor taking the UD.
i think taylor will try and look to fight i know it doesn't make sense but i think if he turn it into a fight he will find it alot easier to slip and counter the slower froch. vs jean pascal froch was very open because he throws wide punches and doesn't really group his shots very well.
