This is just sad, now we all know how big ufc 94 was. To have a total payroll of a little over a million for all the fighters is just crazy. If a boxing card would have sold as much ppv buy we all knwo the fighters would be getting more than that.

You can't argue with the numbers.

Boxers fight less and get paid more...waaay more. How can you argue with that?

They like to say all the "endorsements" make up for it and as a result they actually get payed more but that's bull****. Pacquiao, Cotto, Margarito, Hatton, Mayweather and many others in the sport all have major endorsement deals in there countries.. no way an MMA'er makes more off endorsements when Cotto is sponsored by Rums of Puerto Rico, Ecko, a airplane company in Puerto Rico and Ford in Puerto Rico.

Everyone knows UFC guys don't get payouts like Boxers do. They get a check for showing up and a check if you win (i.e. $200k to show, $250k to win, but it varies)

Yea I remember seeing chuck liddells house on cribs and that was back about 2 years ago or something like that and his house had nothing on mayweathers house. Lets not forget that the average guy would probably recognize chuck liddell over floyd mayweather.

Whats funny is that most of the these fighters are not big names. The smaller fighters on that list get payed just as much as a journeyman boxer would for his fights. I don't know if you guys realize this but 90% of the boxers out there are getting payed the exact same ammount of money these MMA fighters are getting. It's only a handful of boxers that are going out there and getting payed the big buck's.
