I would say it depends on the brand of glove and the type of style a fighter fights. I would say most fighters that use CLETO REYES gloves do this.... I always thought the shape of the reyes gloves makes this more common than not. Grant gloves are typically too square and flattened out, even though I do remember seeing a fight not too long ago with this being done with the grant gloves, needless to say it looks VERY AKWARD when they do this with Grants

In that fight Barrera's was well past the logo, up to where the glove bends. Ignorance on the commissions part for sure.
