Are you saying Hatton is a Welterweight? On what basis do you think that? The last natural Jnr Welterweight he fought was Malignaggi.

As for Marquez, do you honestly think the other top ranked Jnr. Welters such as Holt, Bradley and Witter would be considered the favourite to beat Marquez?

If Hatton gets by Paq, I'd pay to see this. But what the **** @ it being in the UK? I don't think so. It would be out here in the states.

It is a fight the british public would enjoy.

It would fill a 100,000 stadium in the UK, and the atmosphere would be tremendous. It would probably be able to generate more money in the UK as well. Doesn't mean Marquez would agree to it, but he might - props to him if he did, it would be great for boxing. Why should the US have a monopoly on top fights? It wouldn't get nearly such a big gate in the US.

He doesn't carry his power and speed up to Welterweight. If Cotto was willing to fight him at catchweight, then it would be an interesting fight, but there's no reason why he should fight in a weight class in which he loses his power and speed. Some fighters have a frame and body type that allows them to move up in weight and retain their power and speed, others don't. Hatton doesn't. That doesn't affect how good they are at their peak weight. It's a shame the fight wasn't made when they were both at Jnr Welterweight, though.

The thing is i like Hatton if this fight ever happends, obviously Marquez is a much better boxer but he can be hit and often. Hatton hits pretty damn hard and I just can't see Marquez's dodgey chin taking the punishment even if he outboxes Hatton. It would be a fantastic fight
