He's looking for mega-fights that he won't get against any other LWW. He knows he would struggle against the top WWs. I think he has a good chance of beating Pacquiao, but not Cotto or Mosley.

Ducking Marquez, I thought the second fight was called UNFINISHED BUSINESS and Pacquiao finished it. Now Pac is ducking Marquez cause Marquez cant take the loss. Pac dont need Marquez at this point in his career, Marquez is just another fighter in the "Pacquiao Sweepstakes"
